Refund & Return Policy

Every Pet Imagine poster is made to order from your pet's photo, and nothing is printed until you have approved your artwork proof. Because of this, our policy works a little differently than a regular store's.

Before printing: unlimited free revisions

After you order, we create your artwork and send you a proof link by email. You can request as many changes as you like, free of charge. Nothing goes to production until you approve the proof.

Cancellation before approval: full refund

You can cancel your order any time before you approve your artwork proof and receive a full refund — just reply to your order confirmation or email us.

After approval: personalized goods

Because Pet Imagine products are made specifically to order based on your approved artwork, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply once you have approved the proof and production has started (this follows from the EU exemption for bespoke/personalized goods). This does not affect your statutory rights described below.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items: free reprint or refund

If your poster arrives damaged, is misprinted, or does not match the artwork proof you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law (including the three-year right of complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, where it applies) are never limited by this policy.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your order is lost, we reprint and reship it free of charge.
