How does it work?
Order your poster and upload your favorite photo of your pet. Our artists create a unique portrait from it and email you a proof link, normally within 24 hours. You approve the artwork (or request changes — they're unlimited and free), and only then do we print and ship your poster.
When do I see my artwork?
Your first artwork proof lands in your inbox within 24 hours of ordering. Nothing is printed until you've seen and approved it.
What if I don't like the artwork?
Tell us what to change — revisions are unlimited and free. If you'd rather cancel before approving, you get a full refund. Simple as that.
What photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level, showing the face clearly. Daylight is best. Avoid blurry shots, heavy filters and photos where the face is tiny or partly hidden.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo is used only to create your artwork. It is processed securely with AI-assisted image tools by our service providers, and we delete uploaded photos after your order is completed and the support period has passed. We never use your photo or artwork in marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
How long is delivery?
After you approve your artwork, printing takes 2–5 business days and delivery typically 3–7 business days depending on your country. Your poster is printed in or near your region, so there are normally no customs fees.
Can I return my poster?
Since every poster is made to order from your approved artwork, standard returns don't apply — but if your poster arrives damaged, misprinted or not matching your approved proof, we send a free replacement or refund you in full. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
Do you do portraits with more than one pet?
Multi-pet portraits are coming soon. In the meantime, contact us and we'll see what we can do for you.
Which sizes and frames can I choose?
Four poster sizes from 21×30 cm up to 50×70 cm, unframed or framed in black, white or oak. All posters are printed on museum-quality matte paper.
Is it a good gift?
The best kind. Order with your own email and you'll receive the proof to approve — the recipient only sees the finished poster. Perfect for birthdays, holidays and memorial portraits of pets who have passed away.
