How it works
Upload your photo, choose the size and framing, then place your order. We email your first artwork proof within 24 hours after receiving a usable photo. Unlimited revisions are included, and nothing is printed until you approve the artwork.
Paper and print
Printed on museum-quality enhanced matte paper with multicolor, water-based inks. Standard specification: 189 g/m², 0.26 mm thick, 94% opacity and ISO brightness 104. The 21 × 30 cm size is A4. Paper is sourced from Japan and each poster is made on demand. Regional production specifications may vary.
Delivery and tracking
After artwork approval, production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping to Sweden takes approximately 4–5 business days, for an estimated total of 6–10 business days. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
Approval, damage and returns
Because this portrait is made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are generally not available. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or materially different from the artwork you approved, contact us with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
