Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order from Pet Imagine (petimagine.com). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. What we sell

Pet Imagine creates personalized pet portrait posters. You upload a photo of your pet, we create a unique artwork based on it, and after your approval we print and ship it as a poster, framed or unframed.

2. How the process works

  • You place your order and upload your pet's photo.
  • We create your artwork and email you a proof link, normally within 24 hours.
  • You review the proof and either approve it or request changes. Revisions are unlimited and free.
  • Only after you approve the proof does your poster go to print. Your approval is your confirmation that production may start.

3. Your photo

You confirm that you own the photo you upload, or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You keep all rights to your photo. You grant us the limited licence needed to create your artwork, including processing the photo with AI-assisted image tools operated by our service providers, and to print your approved artwork. We never use your photos or artwork in our marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

4. Cancellation and withdrawal

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your artwork proof. Because the product is made to your specification, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have approved the proof and production has started (EU exemption for personalized goods). 5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown at checkout including applicable VAT for your country. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. Ownership of the poster passes to you on delivery.

6. Production and delivery

Posters are printed and shipped by our production partner in or near your region. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Delays caused by carriers can occur; if tracking shows your order is lost we reprint it free of charge.

7. Our artwork and site content

The Pet Imagine name, site content and artwork styles are our intellectual property. Your finished artwork is created for you and for your personal use; you may not resell or commercially reproduce it without our written consent.

8. Liability

We are responsible for delivering a product that matches the artwork proof you approved. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order, except where a limitation is not permitted by applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights, including the right of complaint under applicable consumer legislation, are never limited by these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring complaints to your local consumer authority or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
